Udon and Vegetable tempura

Udon is a thick wheat flour noodle usually served in or with soup in Japan. Tempura are vegetables deep friend in a light crispy batter.
For this workshop, you will learn how to make udon noodles, cold/hot udon soup, vegetable tempura and a tempura dipping sauce.
All kitchen equipment
Lunch (you can eat what you have done + an extra to take home)
Note: please bring an apron, a container and a jar for the soup to take some extra home with you!
