Born and raised in New Zealand having Japanese parents Yui had a great influence from Japanese culture especially in food, her mum would always cook Japanese food at home. From this influence and always enjoyed cooking herself  she realised when she moved to France the lack of Japanese restaurants in her area, so she decided to do these workshops and catering services so everyone can enjoy Japanese from their own home with ingredients available in France.
