Izakaya is a type of bar with a range of small dishes to be enjoyed with drinks.  

In this workshop you will learn how to make, Yakitori - grilled chicken, agedashi tofu - fried tofu  in a seaweed (kombu) broth sauce, eggplant and pepper with sesame seeds, tomato salad and yaki onigiri - grilled rice ball with soy sauce.
