Dorayaki and Mitarashi dango

Two popular desserts in Japan.

Dorayaki is a honey pancake sandwich with a filling of sweet azuki bean paste. Mitarashi dango is a rice dumpling made from rice flour with a sweet soy glaze. In this workshop after making the desserts, we will taste them with a good Japanese tea.

  • All kitchen equipment

  • Afternoon dessert with tea (we will eat what we made + there will be extra to take home)

  • Recipe booklet

Note: please bring a container and an apron.
