Two popular desserts in Japan.
Dorayaki is a honey pancake sandwich with a filling of sweet azuki bean paste. Mitarashi dango is a rice dumpling made from rice flour with a sweet soy glaze. In this workshop after making the desserts, we will taste them with a good Japanese tea.
